A lot of Bollywood celebrities attended Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant‘s wedding festivities. On July 12, Anant and Radhika took the pheras and got hitched for life. Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Hrithik Roshan, Shahid Kapoor, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Vicky Kaushal, Katrina Kaif, Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh and many more graced the function. Rajinikanth too attended the same. The Bachchan arrived together. Abhishek Bachchan, Shweta Bachchan, Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan posed together. However, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Aaradhya Bachchan posed separately. Even for the Shubh Aashirwad ceremony, Aishwarya Rai arrived with Aaradhya sans Abhishek Bachchan.

As the videos and pictures of the Bachchan family from Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s wedding events went viral, many raised questions over the family equation. There have rumours suggesting that there is tension between Aishwarya Rai and The Bachchans. Thus, with them posing separately, has got everyone talking. Fans are upset with Abhishek Bachchan too as he did not pose with Aishwarya Rai and Aaradhya Bachchan. On the videos, there are several comments revolving around the same. One of the comments on Aishwarya and Aaradhya’s video from Shubh Aashirwad ceremony read, “Very sad to see both Aishwarya and Abhishek not being seen together as a family !” Another fan of Aishwarya wrote, “Sad to see Abhishek is not even bothered to stand with her.. our Miss World didn’t deserve this.”
