Maddam Sir, featuring Gulki Joshi, Sonali Naik, Yukti Kapoor, Bhavika Sharma, and others, is all set to make a comeback with its second season. The first season, which was launched in the year 2020, was quite successful. Viewers loved the idea of a women-led police station. To add on, the issues which the makers brought in the show, as well as the impeccable comic timings of the cast, made the show extremely popular. The show went off-air in February 2023. There were many speculations that the show would come up with its second season within months. However, there was no sign or talk of Maddam Sir 2. Maddam Sir to come back with its second season?

As per a report in Aaj Tak, Gulki Joshi, Yukti Kapoor, and Bhavika Sharma starrer Maddam Sir’s next season will soon see the light of the day. Currently, the team is hunting for a new set of actors who will join the show. Bhavika Sharma won’t be part of the second season as she is associated with Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin. Yukti Kapoor too hasn’t been signed for the second season. However, it is stated that Gulki Joshi and Sonali Naik have been retained for the upcoming season. Pashmina, Aangan, Aapno Kaa, and others failed to grab the audience’s attention. Maddam Sir was one of their most successful ventures, and hence the channel is keen to bring back the show with the hopes that the second season will be as popular as the first one.
